We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was when received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Would you like to exchange your boots for another size? You can do that too.

With your order, you should find a return form. Clearly mark that you want to exchange for a smaller/larger size, or even a different model. Lost this form? Don't worry! Send an email to explaining that you want to exchange the shoes and let us know which size you need!

Send us an email to and we'll send you a returnlabel. You can then send the boots by post to your nearest postal service. Once we've received your return, we'll make sure that a new pair will be sent your way (provided that they're in stock).

Our shoes are in EU sizes and they run normally. Still doubting about which size you need? Have a look at the table below. All our shoes are unisex, so using removable soles may help people with smaller feet fit better into some of our models. 

Please note: For the centimeters in the first column, the measurements are taken from the insole of the shoes. Remember that your feet also need some room to move.
